    Regeneration 

There are some systems for recycling or regeneration of used (waste) oils in Bizel Enerji. Generally, waste or used oils are lubricant oils or mixed, black color used oils. Sometimes, we can see that the recycling systems haven't sufficient for obtaining more clear and more pure products. Recycling systems are simple systems and they have some evaporation and filtration units.

Regeneration systems are used to obtaining more pure and clear products. Recycling systems have big capacities and they are cheap, but sometimes, we can need extra processes. Regeneration processes are expensive and have small capacities, but these systems can apply to waste oils more successfully than recycling systems.

Otherwise, we can suggest good solutions for regeneration of used (waste) oils. Our solution was combined in chemical process and recycling processes, as follows:

 Pre-operation (Chemical operation) + Recycling System = Purified Used Oil

 Our system is including pre-operation reactor and any high efficient vacuum oil purifier (recycling) system.
